Dirty, understaffed, and overpriced. The food is terrible—especially considering the $3,900 cost. My grandmother’s belongings went missing under suspicious circumstances, and she was verbally abused multiple times by certain staff members. She was treated like a burden rather than a person. On top of that, they charge extra for a third bath within a week. Either hire enough staff to properly assist residents or don’t operate a convalescent home that puts people’s health at risk! Do NOT take your loved ones here!

Nursing care is unacceptable! management doesn't communicate well, a few aides who genuinely care but overall very short staffed. its a sad place to leave your vulnerable loved one but they will definitely take your money with a smile. I am thankful to get my brother out of there.

My mother has been there for 8 years now and not only have the residents became family to her but also the staff. It truly is an amazing place that cares and treats your loved ones like their own!!

Do not send your parent or Anyone to this place the place is infested with bedbugs and it flat out dirty
