Meagan's Towing & Recovery

To avoid hitting a car I swerved and ran into a snow embankment. I called roadside assistance through my car insurance company as I could not get out. Meagan's Towing was dispatched to me. I did wait an hour but the service was great. Castro was the person who came to help me. He called and asked me if I was ok and if I had heat in my car as it was 2 degrees out. I told him I was fine and my car was running with heat. He asked me if it was safe to take pictures so he could assess the situation and see the best way he could get me out. I told him I could only get out on the passenger side but I could send him the pictures and he thanked me and said he would be there soon. He arrived and explained to me that he would have to slowly winch my car out so as not to cause any damage but I would

I had the unfortunate opportunity to use Traveler's Insurance Roadside Service today for the first time. The response from Traveler's was excellent, but even better was the service I received from the towing service they dispatched. I was contacted almost immediately by Meagan's Towing and Recovery to inform me when to expect the tow truck, and not long afterwards by the tow truck driver himself. The elapsed time from my call to Traveler's to the pickup of my vehicle was less than an hour. Every one involved was courteous and professional. I especially appreciated the prompt and frequent communication. Highly recommend and I have added Meagan's to my contacts should I ever need assistance in the future. T is the best. He called me to make me aware of his ETA which I really appreciated. He let me sit in the cab while he loaded the car, so I wasn't in the cold. He was very personable on the drive over to the service center. 10/10, first tow experience (and hopefully the last) was wonderful through the whole process

Had an excellent experience with Meagan’s towing and their towman (Jamie/TJ)? Extremely prompt service - got to me in 30 minutes. Great communication - TJ called me to let me know he was on his way. Quick pickup and drop off at each of the locations. TJ went above and beyond, dropping me off at my home after leaving the car at the service station. Very impressed and grateful for such a great service at a stressful moment when I was broken down in the middle of the road. Thank you!

Referred to Megan Towing through State Farm roadside assistance after getting a blown tire on the highway. I waited two hours before anyone bothered to call me. When they finally did call, I was told they could not assist me while I was on the highway. Fair enough. I then drove off the highway to the nearest exit specifically so they could reach me. Apparently that effort earned me another hour of waiting. During one of the calls, I was rushed off the phone before I even got off the highway and told to call back once I was clear. I tried calling back three times. Straight to voicemail. I also sent a text. No response. They eventually called me back as if they had been waiting on me the whole time.
