In May 2025, my husband and I took our 2016 Chevy Cruze to Mecca Auto Repair. James, our contact person, told us labor for the repair would be a flat $300, with $50 deducted for the diagnostic fee we already paid, so $250 total. My husband bought the turbocharger part from Amazon after the mechanic said if they ordere it, it would take too long. Both James and the mechanic approved the part before it was bought. When I picked up the car, the mechanic tried to increase the price and add fees despite the earlier agreement. I’m just gonna start off by saying this absolute one of the worst garages around please stay away. They do nothing but rip people off. I bought a vehicle from a sloppy car lot on Cameron Street and they took my vehicle here to get inspected and this place passed it with totally destroyed tie, rod ends, and control arms so stay away from this place because soon they will be closing because I’m not letting this go My Lawyer will be contacting them. This place is a joke. This place is a scam.
