Medal General Mechanic

I wouldn't come back here. My car had issues not related to the the brakes, the mechanic's assistant was pushing for me to change the brakes and I knew I didn't need them cause I change them recently. So I left my car trusting them, however they fix the issue BUT they change or adjust the brake pads, or did something to them because now it sounds like my car is dragging an animal. So the owner Marlon who drove the car BEFORE I drop it took my car to the I9 drove it for about 10 to 15 minutes and heard absolutely NOTHING, then 3 days later the car is sounding like this and they say that in 3 days the brakes must gotten "bad" and I need to replace them. Our car started shaking and we were unable to accelerate driving home to Maryland from NYC. These gentlemen were able to get us back on the road the same day for a fair price. Very thankful we found this shop!

The service in this place is great! Not only the prices but also the job done on the cars is really good. The staff is trust worthy. I’ve taken two of my cars there and they always fix what’s wrong. I have never had to take my cars back bc of something that went wrong with the work they did on my cars. I’m giving it 5 stars because of this reason.

Highly would recommend Medal General Mechanic - service was very friendly, reasonable, speedy and trustworthy, a true professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I stopped by after hours and he was able to squeeze me in the morning of the next day, fixed my car within and hour. Very reasonable and honest price. I would come here again 100%!

I went there for the first time. The owner Mr Brandon is very punctual, fixed right and he is not expensive.
