Horrible long wait didn’t even help me find the problem to my car.

I called to ask if they have an item and they said they do and when I when to the store they had such a lack of interest attending and finding out they didn’t have the item

Ordered a EBay brake kit from their 'macautopartsdiscounts' account. Received correct brake shoes but hardware was for a mid-60's US car rather than the European car brand advertised. Asked for a partial refund showing them the math and the cost adder of the hardware kit which they sell separately. They offered back a $$$ number LESS than what I paid for the useless springs! I've filed an EBay not as described complaint and will get a refund - I hope. Semi-coherent emails, seems disorganized....

I purchased a catalytic converter for my BMW, but when I took it to the BMW shop, the technician compared it to the original and found that it didn’t match—it was either the wrong part or was manufactured too short. When I returned it, Medallion Auto Parts charged me a restocking fee, despite the fact that they shipped a part that didn't match. This is completely unfair, as the mistake was on their end. They refused to refund the full amount, which is unacceptable. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere, as their return policy is unreasonable and their customer service is poor.

Excellent ,Service that I received from here, and I'm slam out in California. Restoring a 2000 nissan fronteir, 2wd extended cab,with little over 36,thousand original miles.
