They have consistently done a good job repairing my pickup and Mark and his team are always willing to work with you.

We recently had an issue while traveling with our U-Haul truck and needed to exchange it for another truck. Mark did not have the truck we needed at his facility, but he went out of his way to locate the proper truck and bring it to his facility for us to exchange. He spent over an hour between getting the truck and completing the U-Haul online forms for us. He Really went above and beyond. I think it's tacky and unprofessional for a business owner to display their personal political beliefs on the front of a business. It's also not very smart since you're automatically turning away half of your customers. My own personal experience with them was one of unabashed greed. Their labor costs and parts markups are outrageous; they overcharged me by about a thousand dollars. They don't offer any type of discounts for veterans (above all, that told me everything I needed to know about them) and acted affronted when we politely asked about it. I definitely won't be coming back nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

In the past they have done top notch work at reasonable prices, but last month I took my car in for a diagnostic. They told me it was a tensioner pulley at that it would be $463. I said go ahead. The next day I was informed that they changed the tensioner but that wasn’t really the problem. The problem was the AC compressor and it would now cost me an additional $1900. So not only did I pay for a misdiagnosis and a repair I didn’t need, I was now going to be charged $1900 for another repair. I took my car and left feeling scammed.

I used them a few times in the past for minor things and thought Medford auto care was great, however this time I dropped my truck off to diagnose a check engine light and told them I was in no hurry to take their time. After about 3weeks I sent my son in there to check up on it and the repairs were extensive ( in the thousands) I had to think about it. A week or so went by and went down there myself and discussed all issues , I ask them if I could think about it for a few more days. Not once was I ever called for anything. Long story short , I called again and told them I would pick it up and decided to put my money in a mr2 instead. They charged me a storage fee!!! I never ever received any phone calls from them at all! They should have called to make me aware of this fee or at least tel
