Medford Oil Change

This place is always my go-to for my oil change. They are very reasonably priced, incredibly consistent, quick but thorough and never make you feel pressured to buy anything. They are all incredibly polite and always make sure all my questions are answered. I go during my lunch break and am in an out in 25 minutes - plus the free car wash coupon doesn’t hurt. I’d definitely recommend if you’re tired of the overpriced sales pitch at the dealer.

I paid them to grease/lube my front end. They didn't I called and they denied it but told me to come back. I went back thinking they'd do it correct, since I paid for it. They didn't. Just squirted grease all over my controll arms, and everything else. I'm a ase certified technician, i do this for a living 7 days a week, they just must think people are dumb.

Offered to charge me $20 to clean out my cabin air filter area because a critter made a little nest in there. Took me 2 minutes to clean it out in the Walmart parking lot. Besides that service was fast and prices with coupon were fair 👍🏼

Fastest oil change I’ve ever had in my life. No exaggeration they probably took five minutes to do my entire oil change + Check the pressure on all my tires. Add some air to them and fill up my wiper fluid. Very impressed. Will be returning. Thank you so much!!! Great customer service! Can’t say enough good things about this place!!
