Easily the very worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. If our car didn’t break down in the Area and Was forced to go there, I wouldn’t have. We were 300 miles from home with a broken oil pressure valve and a 90 year old great grandmother with dementia needing our care. They took four days to even look at it, even knowing our situation. We were forced to pay nearly $800 for a rental car. They claimed they couldn’t find the part, which I found in 3 dealerships near me and paid for it myself and shipped it myself. Even after receiving the parts they took two days to fix the car. All 3 dealerships is my area said it was a 5 hour job. There was no support, no concern, no compassion, no empathy. Had extended warranty work done on my 2013 Jetta TDI. Diagnostic was done quickly, and parts were in stock and service was provided within 3 hours. Extra free service done including fill windshield washer fluid and check tire pressure. Everyone was very friendly and facility was very clean, with a play area for my daughter. Definitely coming back for my next service!

Within one day my VW could not drive more than a mile without stalling. The service repair squeezed in my vehicle with a professional kindness that I don’t see in many businesses lately. They called ahead when the estimated time was not available and still made sure they called as soon as it was done. I was given a safe and friendly shuttle each time and upon each entry to the service department or each phone call was I treated as I always hope to be at a business . They were all Kind, professional and know what needed to be done. Very happy to drive my VW home and feel safe that I won’t be stranded somewhere. Also very happy with each person I had to deal with.

I was considering buying a new Jetta from here but after seeing what they did with my cousin and boyfriend. Definitely not. Multiple different stories and clearly the staff doesn’t know how to handle themselves professionally and keep stories straight. I’d rather buy a different brand at this point.
