I had an excellent experience with this towing service. The driver was exceptional — professional, courteous, and right on time. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. The rates were very reasonable, and there were no surprises. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again if needed.

Was in Germantown for work and boom! Work truck wouldn't start so called MEGEX being local in the area. Called and within 30mins EMMET promptly arrived and performed car jump service. Ended up having to get towed to an auto shop but service was smooth and professional. Costs was upfront and agreed upon before advancing. Absolutely would recommend MEGEX and Emmet was top tier

My car was stuck in the cold and it would not turn on. I reached out Magex for Towing and Emmet immediately responded and showed up within 30 mins. He was just not a towing person, he was also able to troubleshoot my car. He jump started and tried to troubleshoot before getting to mechanic. He understood that if he is able to solve the problem then it can save a huge hassle for his customer. I really appreciate his honesty and his service. If you ever stuck I highly recommend.

Emmitt went the extra mile by successfully finagling the mechanism under the hood to get it into neutral, where others might have failed.
