Ronnie was such a blessing!! I was having trouble with my battery for about a week and went to auto zone in Jacksonville. Was told my battery was fine. I called Meggs Automotive and explained to Mr. Ronnie what was going on. Even though he was backed up till Wednesday he told me to come in and he would look at it for me. Low and behold it was my battery (which I knew) and sent me to Advance Auto in Richlands which is closer to my house anyways. They helped me with no problem. Grateful for Mr. Ronnie because I have a 2018 and the lady was making it seem like I was wrong and it was something that would be more expensive to fix. He didn't have to help me but truly thankful he did. Wonderful customer service!!!! 💙😊
