I went with Meier initially because I was unemployed and needed an economical option to replace a motor in our Buick. It started off well but there were issues with the first motor, not sure if on him or the manufacturer. After over a year and over 7000.00, i was forced to take my care back unfinished because he simply didn't want to work on it anymore. He eventually got a new replacement motor installed but tried to force me to sign a release of liability/ gag order but we refused. After refusing that he still didn't complete the work- motor break in procedures were not completed which invalidates the warranty. He quit working on it because the first replacement motor failed and the manufacturer didn't warranty the labor, so he got stuck with it. I offered to pay half as a good fait
