Front desk guy, Mike I think was his name, and Brandon whom I spoke with over the phone were very helpful. Very thorough at explaining to me about my issue. Very friendly attitude. If there is ever any need for me to get repairs done on my vehicle that they can help with, I will frequent again.

Great service. Very trustworthy. They won’t try to upsell on unnecessary repairs either. They checked all my concerns based on what another shop had told me I would need, and turns out, none of it was necessary. Nick answered my questions and helped me understand a separate concern with my battery and what options were available.

I am a long time satisfied customer of this Meineke location. In this case, I needed a quick vehicle oil change and general vehicle check plus an annual state inspection. I was able to call (early in the day) and schedule this work for the same afternoon. The service team completed everything (with the desired results) within about 45 minutes after I arrived. I was not and have never been told/pressured to have unneeded services performed, but I was given a good overview of the status of items/systems that were checked. These guys have been and continue to be top-notch in services rendered and customer focused support

The day we were leaving town for Christmas, our engine light came on. We took the car to Meineke, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. They quickly figured out what was going on, were honest about the issue, and didn’t even charge us. We’re so grateful and highly recommend them!

Good experience. I had a catback exhaust system installed. It didn't fit quite as well as I'd hoped, but they got my car up on the lift and we talked through the issues, which were really driven by the construction of the system, not the install.
