These guys are unbelievable, in one day they helped me put on 4 new tires, and quickly put on a rubber wheel molding part for my jeep! . It had come off during a car wash, and they quickly went over my options and repaired it the same day. Customer service is beyond incredible here. They always tell me what’s necessary and what is coming up repair wise. I really count on them as I have no expertise with cars at all. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. They did my breaks and rotors last year, and I’ll be going to them for anything else that comes up. I’m so happy I have found a place I can’t trust.

I don’t often write reviews but this place and David deserve one! I had work done on one of my vehicles at a Meineke location that has since been closed. The warranty on the work and parts expired 13 months ago which voids the 12 month warranty, however, both parts should work well beyond 13 months. David took the car in and did a very thorough inspection. He worked with us and ensured us that although not under warranty, he would not recharge us for the same work that was done a little over a year ago. Given that Meinekes are individually owned, he did not have to do this. He ensured the correct parts were installed and installed correctly and before returning the car to us, ensured that they all were working properly. Awesome service. I got my appointment date wrong, but they still managed to fit me in for an oil change. The manager Dave was a nice guy and very easy to work with. Helpful, and efficient — will be back for my next oil change.

Had my car recently repaired at this shop for first time and couldn’t be happier with knowledge and honesty of customer service. Also their technical expertise and quality of work they have done. Dave answered the phone and was super nice. I made an appointment to get my brakes checked. My dealership said I needed work done on both front and rear brakes. Cost: 💲 1100. Meineke said I only needed to fix rear brakes. New cost: $475. Big difference. Always get a second opinion. I’m glad I called Meineke. You will, too.
