Took my car in Saturday for a “free” brake inspection, knowing I needed pads and rotors. Was given the inspection and everything seamed ok. Was never told there was possible safety issues. Brakes got worse the next day, when Itook my vehicle in on Monday, still had to wait until the next day to be told it was going to be double the price. Horrible service. I have called the owners and question if something was done to my car while they had it. Problems got worse, not fixed.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Ray was throughout the entire process of getting my car repaired. From the moment I walked in, she was patient, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, kept me updated at every step, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable. Ray went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and informed. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly set her apart. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does.

I took my car in to have a water pump put in and was told it was a 4 hour job. Was taken in on Wednesday and I had to call to get a follow up on my car on Friday morning and the only thing I was told is that they would call when it was ready. It’s now Saturday morning I called again only to get the same response. Now I’m being told that people were ahead of me but my problem with that is they started working on my car immediately. I gave them a chance even after reading all the complaints from other customers. I was hoping things had changed. After two days on a four hour job I’m still waiting on my car. Finally got a text saying car was ready only to find the engine light on. Had mechanic to reset after repairs which should have been routine. Took the car home looked under the hood and a

Charged me $450 to diagnose my a/c issue. I understand that doing that isn’t cheap and that’s not the issue here. The issue is they didn’t put the caps back on the a/c lines & when they did their “free inspection” they didn’t lock the air filter housing clips.

Great service & staff! They quoted a reasonable price, (lower than the competition) and stuck to that quote when the job took longer than expected. They replaced both catalytic converters, new O2 sensors, and a new aftermarket exhaust all the way back. I couldn't be happier!!! The check engine light issue is resolved and the V8 on my truck sounds GRRREAT!!!
