Meineke Car Care Center

It was my first time ever having oil change at Heineke. I chose them because of a Groupon deal. My overall experience was very good. I was greeted by a gentleman once I entered the store. He was very kind and processed the paperwork smoothly. The work was done within 60 minutes. They kept me informed when I was waiting. One thing I felt a little strange, however, is they charged me $7 extra after Groupon, which never happened before in other auto centers. I didn't ask why but paid.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation at Meineke and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The service was quick, everything was explained clearly, and my car was ready on time. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone needing routine maintenance.

Excellent service. I walked in and requested a quick turnaround for my vehicle. I dropped it off at 7:30 and it was completed by 9. Great communication, good and fast service. I recommend the Patapsco Ave. shop very highly.

Great service. My 2014 Subaru Forester was an interesting issue- drivability. The computer wasn’t picking up an issue. But car wouldn’t run. Meineke replaced the Mass Airflow sensor and then determined that while they could get it run, as soon as fluids heated up (on test drive) it stopped running abruptly. I ended up needing to take it to a transmission shop who sent me on to the Dealer. I was charged reasonably for the part replacement (that was needed) and the diagnostics that was extensive was discounted based on them unable to complete it to a full repair. I recommend them. But they don’t do transmission cleanings. I ended up needing a CVT cleaning and Subaru was reasonable as well.

Excellent communication, service completed as explained, work completed on time. Keshor was very polite and professional. I had power steering problem fixed and an oil change completed. This is the second time I have had work done at this location. I would take my car there again for service.
