Traveling from Arizona to Florida my car had some rim issues coming into Houston. I went to 6 different tire shops and was forced to walk away on a bad rim and tire because customer service sucked!!! Brian and the general manager was such a great helped, checked me in quickly and gave excellent customer service 10/10. If you want good customer service great prices and attentive workers this place over any tire place in the area!!!

Customer service individual at the front leaves a lot to be desired. Managers in back talking loudly about politics. Hour and fifteen for an oil change with no one in front of me. Tried to charge me $115 for an air filter I bought next door at O'Reilly's during the wait for $20, then refused to install without paying labor. Definitely won't be back.

Excellent service on an oil change and headlight bulb replacement .. then they tried to upsell me a cabin air filter for twice the material and labor costs, and tried to convince me to replace my tires 25k miles early without explanation.

This place helped me in a time of need. Got a screw in my tire and lost all my air quickly. Luckily I was right around the corner from this location. I drive a Tesla and they use special wheels and I feared they wouldn’t be able to help since they don’t do plugs just patches. The tech was more than willing to help and assured me he would try his best to fix it and they did just that. The young ladies inside were so nice and make you feel like you’ve been a customer for years!

this place sucks. they first quoted me 1084 for a full tune up. i told them i couldn’t afford it and i told them to fix one thing that would cost 400 dollars and then left my car. not even 5 minutes later they called saying they missed something and it’s actually 800. they tried to quote me 1800 dollars TOTAL for things that weren’t even wrong with it. telling me that my spark plugs and ignition coils were covered in oil, when i took it somewhere else they said there was no oil covering it at all. the other thing they quoted me for didn’t even need to me changed. they’re just a bunch of hungry money grabbing schemers they think they can prey on young women to charge them more for something that took less than an hour to fix and costed way less than 1800. car is working fine now.
