I wish I can give less the 1 star. I went for oil change and they didn’t close the oil cap and it lead to me inhaling the smoke until I realise they messed it up. Later it resulted in RPM and throttle issues. The manager escaped the incident by saying my car is old. I literally told him I didn’t drive anywhere and the moment I saw rpm flares I came here. He pushed it to transmission as the system will give false alarm as confirmed when I gave for inspection in other body shop U0101, U00783; U0100: LOST | COMMS WITH ECM AND TCM MODULES these are the reason which highly possible could be due spraying while cleaning or oil soaking inside and leading vaccum issues and now as it would cost money and manufacturer can fix this, simply pushed to my age of my car. 2013 nissan frontier, Fast work, needed brakes on front. They let me know I was going to need back brakes soon and front caliper needed to be replaced [rusted bolts]. So had everything done and out in 4 hours. Also applied for meineke credit card in store and payed nothing out of pocket at the time. Nice job, stops sending rides great.

I went to this shop after purchasing a Groupon deal for an inspection. The front desk staff demanded that I show proof of purchasing the Groupon before they pulled my car in because they "didn't want to do free work". He also added that since the Groupon deal was only $39.99, "we're not making any money. That just pays for the stickers." When I presented the voucher to him, he instructed me check it off as used. I'm assuming he thought I'd try to use it again? When they finally pulled my car in, I was told it couldn't pass inspection because my tint was too dark. I've had this vehicle for 5 years now. This is the first time I've failed an inspection- let alone for tint. All my other vehicles have never failed because of tint. Good thing I didn't swipe my Groupon as used and was able to get

Very quick service, good people, honest. They called me with options, not "you need all this right now" I like the email that they send. It's a visual readout of the inspection/repair with a breakdown of everything that needs to be done.

The whole team I encountered was wonderful. They’re fast, friendly, and honest - which is a plus! They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need or want at the time. I was in and out with an oil change in half an hour. I’ll be bringing my car back for an inspection in two weeks. Please take your car to the for your service needs. They were top notch.
