Stopped in to see Mike and the shop was closed. Thankfully I found him around the corner at Precision Auto at 1 Jefferson Ave in Berlin. What a nice shop with great people working there! Very knowledgeable and great prices! So nice to have good mechanics you can trust! I’ll never take my car anywhere else!
Very prompt amd efficient. Explains about the repairs needed and is transparent in price. Mike and Carlos do a wonderful job. My car always gets done quickly. They fixed a problem with my Subaru that many other car repair folks did not find or didn't want to do, including the Subaru dealer My 16 year old Forrester sounds quite, like I just got it off the showroom floor.
Mike provides EXCELLENT customer service! He is kind, listens well, and takes time to explain issues. Whenever I get a car serviced at his establishment, I always leave happy and glad I found him. Mike is a GEM!!
Went to Meineke In Berlin for muffler repair. They did a fantastic job. They were quick and didn't rob me. Mike called me with their findings and gave me a price before going ahead and fixing it. Friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
Always a great experience at Meineke in Berlin. Mikie is the best. We know we will be taken care of. Always good to rely on an honest mechanic. The best!
