The team was super helpful and the service was great! Bryan was super helpful in getting my car in and inspected in a super short time, and he was even able to send someone to pick up a part when it wasn’t going to be delivered by the time that the auto shop had quoted. They asked if I wanted every service, including showing me my air filter to decide if I wanted to change it. I was in and out in under an hour and a half and paid less than $100 for an oil change and filter replacement. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The shop was clean well maintained knowledgeable. Staff and manager was the absolute best. I recommend for anyone that needs to do anything as far as brakes visit this location. Do not go to the location on Bryce and Livingston. It is the worst place. You can go very unprofessional the manager is absolutely the worst. I didn’t know if it was a dance hall or a shop. I repeat do not visit the store. This location is the worst but back to the Bexley location. they are the best absolutely I had to go to them to correct the mistakes the other location made

The manager was very nice, informative, and reassuring! The tech was efficient! They have technology that texts you the car inspection with photos! I was in and out within an hour. Definitely much better than being at the dealership for two hours for the same maintenance. I will definitely return! Heads up as they’re just opening that they only have a few chairs if you plan to wait. Overall, great experience!

This place used to be tire choice. I am so glad that it is now a Meineke shop. It’s great to see that a new business in Bexley opened up. We now have more choices to have our auto repair done in the area. I am glad that the shop is now open. I had great service from the technicians and outstanding customer service from the manager they show you what you need to do by pictures that they take in their inspections and they also walked me out and showed me what actually had to be done now and what not was needed to be repaired at this point you do not find too many shops that don’t take advantage of seniors and women again outstanding job I would recommend Meineke.

Meineke in Bexley is a outstanding place to have your car worked on. They did an outstanding job working on my car. They treated me with respect, great customer service and very knowledgeable.
