Took one car in for a simple tune up; so I thought. Needed a cracked oil pan replaced, spark plugs and coils replaced. Gave them the okay. Fast forward couple months when my car stops working. Get it towed to them because of their “warranty” come to find out never replaced my cracked oil pan, so fine paid to put in a new one, 2 days later my car quits again, open the hood to a toll being left under my hood, my connector being broke and so back it went they said it was nothing they did and blamed the wires, back and forth I went for days! Finally just wanted my car back. Go to get my car not only did they leave a tool for the SECOND time, the left a huge dent in my brand new hood, wouldn’t take account for it; broke a plastic piece under my hood as well and again didn’t take account for it,

I had been visiting this meineke for years with no problems. I brought it in for a radiator repair, which was done. When it was time to get my car, they then told me they found an additional problem that was somehow missed upon the initial diagnosis. Having that information would have greatly influenced my decision to fix the car; but they explained how it was missed, I understood and moved on. I didn’t even leave the lot before o discovered a transmission issue. I didn’t have a transmission problem when I brought my car in, and again…if there was a problem, how was it missed? So now I’ve paid to have my car fixed and I still can’t drive it. I won’t be back.

They promised to have car ready that afternoon, took two more days. Then I had to return day after picking up due to grinding noise in rear where they replaced the brakes and struts. Told me to be there at 8 am they showed at almost 830. Then the manager said his mechanics were running late. Address is 1106 N Blackhorse Pike in NJ.

I had a wonderful experience here.The problem was quickly diagnosed and the vehicle was quickly up and running as soon as the necessary part arrived. (Passenger side lower control arm, 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage)
