I was a new customer & needed an oil change & possible tire rotation thru Bridgecrest maintenance warranty. Shirley & staff were amazing from beginning to end! They gave me a detailed inspection showing items I needed to repair NOW vs. those that could wait. They didn't take me for a ride & explained the details in a way I trust. Very friendly & helpful, got me in & out quickly. Overall, it was a really great 1st experience & I'll be booking additional repairs thru Meineke in Burlington because of it. It's a relief to find a trustworthy mechanic so close to home. No complaints. Thank you so much to Shirley & crew!!!

Brought my S5 in for an alignment as the steering wheel was crooked. They knocked it out of the park first try. Very quick and affordable too!

Despite it being a super busy Saturday afternoon, the manager Shirley made sure to accommodate me and my car's needs in a way that felt welcoming and considerate, which is not the case at some other car repair shops in the area. It was my first time there but certainly not my last.

I had brakes inspected and replaced. During the 51(yes 51) point inspection, and photos to prove it, I replaced the air filter(disgusting) and a tire needed a plug. Shirley was friendly, informative, courteous. Oh, and the mechanic showed how to open key fob and replace battery. Was filled with peace driving home.

Shirley was very friendly and knowledgeable. The oil change and tire rotation were completed quickly. The text notifications for progress updates made it easy to track, in addition to authorizing any additional work that may be necessary. Will definitely be returning.
