I had a great experience at the Clinton, Maryland, location. I called a few other auto service centers one Saturday and decided on Meineke because the guy who answered the phone was so polite. He said they couldn't help me that day but he made an appointment for the following Monday. When I went in, I found out it was Eli who answered the phone. I knew it was him because he was so polite when I arrived. Kirk serviced my car quickly and efficiently. Throughout the time I sat in the waiting room, I was impressed by how well Eli and Kirk treated each customer. Thanks to both of you for your professionalism and great customer service!

I came in to get my new exhaust installed and the Meineke team took a look at my car and quoted me a great price for the instal. The team got right on it and had me in and out of the store in no time, I would definitely recommend everyone to go here and experience the great customer service that I received.

Eli and Kirk were so helpful with me needing a major repair on my car. I felt confident that they would make sure that my car would be ok. They diagnosed the problem and was honest about what I needed and after the work was completed and I drove off, I immediately called the shop back and said how nice my car is driving and that they really did a great job. Kirk is an excellent Mechanic/Technician. He really knows what he is doing and fully explains and gave details of what services were performed. Again, I couldn’t be more happy. Eli was super responsive and gave me avenues to ensure the work got done quickly as it was a necessary service and they knew that it was something with their expertise could accomplish. They handled everything—camshaft, lifters, and exhaust manifold—with true professionalism and skill. My truck runs better than it ever has, and the quality of their work shows in every mile. From start to finish, they kept me informed, treated my truck like their own, and delivered top-tier craftsmanship.
