Went in for an alignment after I replaced all the parts of my steering and suspension. Jason was super easy to work with and professional. They had my concerns in mind and was able to get everything completed in a timely manner.

Had new steering gear box, lines, and Pitman arm replaced. Unfortunately, the repair was not completed properly and caused issues with driving my vehicle. Brought it back, but they said they didn't find any issues. A few days later, the same problem occurred. Sent pictures to the shop. Shop says they are not responsible for the improper installation. Instead of looking at their mistake immediately, they suggested that I tow the vehicle to them and wait another week for them to check it out. Improperly installed steering components could cause a catastrophic event. For such an expensive repair, I would have expected this to be completed appropriately, but this shop is brushing off the problem.

Jason (the manager) and his entire crew at Meineke were excellent. They were efficient, good communication skills, came in exactly on the estimate for the work they did on my exhaust system. I had no more rattling and banging when I left. Their repair was a rotted out flange for $315 instead of the $2,500 the Toyota dealership wanted to charge to replace the catalytic converter. Additionally Jason was very honest saying that I could safely postpone some suspension work for 6 months to a year with no compromise to the safety of the vehicle and his estimate for the suspension work was a fraction of what the Toyota dealership quoted. Very trustworthy people here.

I came here to get scheduled maintenance on my fleet vehicle which I know can be a pain sometimes. I had no trouble at all thanks to the friendly, knowledgeable staff & quick service.
