It really sucks to say this, but this was my worst experience with automotive repair shop. I really like meineke or at least the other locations that I have been to. Let me explain how I paid 300$ for an oil change. On 12/18 or 12/19 I dropped my truck off for an oil change and also to have a dashboard light checked out. The oil change was completely no problem. The dashboard light required a diagnostic check to be performed. Everything is going smoothly so far. I was informed a new cluster is required for my vehicle, cool. I was initially told the job would be completed in a day or two. Still no problem, yet! Long story short the part never comes in, also no one is communicating with me. I had to call and ask about updates on three different occasions. Over the course of 10 days. Finally

We ended up not getting our car worked on but the manager and the gentleman in training were very very awesome. They were straightforward and extremely transparent. I talked to the gentleman about the vehicles that we were looking at purchasing and they gave me their professional advice of what vehicle was better. We went with the CRV hybrid thanks to their opinion. Thank you gentlemen very much for the kindness and professionalism that you provided us!

At 12:17 pm on Monday, I called ahead to confirm this shop could diagnose a slow tire leak and either patch it or replace it the same day. I was told confidently: yes. I arrived at 12:21 pm and asked again, very clearly, whether they could diagnose and fix it before close of business. I needed it handled that day. In the parking lot, we looked at my SUV together, I explained the issue, and I asked if they had a replacement tire in stock. They said if they didn’t, they could get one locally. Multiple times, I was assured same-day repair or replacement would not be an issue. Then… nothing. After a couple hours with no update, I called at 2:40 pm. I was told they hadn’t even looked at it yet, but they’d get to it. I asked again if it would be done that day. I was assured it would. At 4:50

He was so very thoughtful and attentive! Very Friendly and polite! Able to answer questions and concerns! One of the best parts was not having to clean oily greasy fingerprints from my steering wheel, car door and seat afterwards!! Thanks to those great mechanics!!🥰🥰 Best experience in a long time, so I’ll definitely be returning!!😉 Already told a couple people about my great experience at this site!!😊 Hopefully, I’ll be able to get another Groupon, it helped a lot, thank the Lord!!🙏🏽🥰

We most definitely enjoyed our services at Meineke. Mr. Ken and his staff were great. We needed my mom’s heater fixed in her Jeep. Mr. Ken explained all the issues and paths. They got her heater fixed in a timely manner and we enjoyed the service. Thank you , Mr. Ken, we will most definitely comeback to you all in the future for our vehicles
