I cannot recommend this shop enough! I brought my 2012 Chevy Cruze in after another mechanic told me my engine was “bad” and needed a full replacement. Within just a couple of hours, the team diagnosed the real issues — alternator, belt, and a few other parts — and had my car starting perfectly again. The mechanic was certified, experienced, and extremely professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly. They were honest, efficient, and genuinely cared about my car and my safety. I felt relieved, confident, and fully taken care of. If you want a shop that actually fixes the problem, doesn’t upsell unnecessary repairs, and treats you with respect, this is the place to go. I first wrote that they were very efficient, fast and that they took care of me before I noticed some problems in my car. First, I didn't drive anywhere on Saturday and drove for some time on Sunday, but I was on my way home at night around 1015 pm when my car suddenly overheated. I pulled my car to the curb for at least 15 minutes and saw that my radiator deposit tank was empty. As soon as I poured the fluid, there was a huge leak and smoke came out of a hose that was disconnected from the radiator! I pulled it tightly until it connected back to its socket (I am not a mechanic) and was able to drive home safely. No issues were reported on Monday. I have passed by this location for many years as it is like less than four blocks from my house within walking distance but I always had gotten my car care somewhere else. That's somewhere else changed recently and this location was recommended to me. I made an appointment through the app which was very easy to do and I arrived a little bit early which they did not mind at all. They diagnosed the problem right away and fix it the same day even though it wasn't a simple thing to do. I was able to get Finance because the bill was quite high but I did my research and they were not charging me over market value for any of the parts. Meineke will be my new go to for all my car service needs.

I got my brake pads and rotors replaced and they were extremely efficient and diligent in getting the work done! I had taken my car to a different place first, and the estimate was so high I told them I needed to get other estimates… the people here were more than courteous and when I have to do the rear brakes, I will for sure go back! Great customer service: I was promptly greeted as soon as I walked in & was taken care of immediately. I forgot to ask the front desk rep his name, however, I will like to speak on his excellence. He kept a conversation going almost my whole visit and that made me very comfortable & also made the time to go by with ease. Service: I came in for an oil change and in the middle of my service I thought about needing an air filter. After communicating my thoughts to the front desk rep he immediately looked up what I needed & said he can order it. When I asked the time frame of when it could come in...
