Meineke Car Care Center

I scheduled an appointment at 11AM and I went to there by then. They required me to leave the car for two hours for an oil change. Again, I once confirmed Meineke really required two whole hours even with the appointment. I genuinely don't understand how they operate with appointments. If you are in a time crunch, I don't recommend this place even with scheduling appointments.

Went in for an oil change and pre-winter check-up. Was told that I had serious front suspension issues. Had necessary repairs. Costing $2,700. But some issues still remain. Staff was polite and professional. Am going back on Thursday to have these issues resolved. Changing 2.5% addition for use of a credit card is ridiculous. If I had known that I would be charged an additional $80 for use of a credit card i probably would have gone somewhere else.

Excellent service. I walked in and had my oil changed short wait. I was given an inspection sent to my phone with pictures of what is needed to get done to my car. So convenient for someone like myself whom is on the go. Highly recommend

I got my brakes done at Meineke Car Care Center and they completed them without having an appointment. I was not only impressed by the friendly/great service but the pricing was extremely reasonable and they didn't try to oversell me on additional services like most of these car places will do. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

The service to replace my rear brakes and front struts was very good. The short video and detailed quote of the work to be done prior to my approval was excellent. However, when the work was completed they should have sent a video of the new brakes and struts on my car. No complaints but how could I verify that the work was done? Overall, good job Meineke.
