Called on the 21st to get a quote to have a catalytic converter replaced. Talked to Mike at the Blue Springs location. Mike was very short and unprofessional. I was trying to explain to Mike I just needed the catalytic converter replaced on my step daughter's vehicle and that I already had the new converter, I just needed it installed. But It was obvious that Mike was not listening, he was just waiting for his turn to talk. I tell Mike that for a converter swap, it shouldn't be too difficult because i put the vehicle up on a lift and inspected it and the converter is fairly easy to access and there is a good amount of room around the converter in comparison to most others vehicles ive had this issue on. If I could honestly put more stars I would!!!! Mike and Christian and the rest of their team are amazing!!!! I am a single mom They went above and beyond for me and my kids and did everything that they could to get the warranty to cover the repairs either in full or the majority of the repairs both times that my vehicle has been there and they’ve all done an amazing job at getting my vehicle taken care of so that it can be safe and reliable for me and my kids!!!! I definitely 💯 recommend Mineke and Would NOT go anywhere else!!!!

Last time coming here. I came here last time for a balance issue, turns out it was just clumped up dust and mud causing it which the guy told me, yet still charged me for balancing all 4 wheels, (i will say there oil tech is super polite). Today i showed up for an oil change as its walk ins welcome, literally 1 customer in the lobby, no cars in the parking lot besides the employee parking. There was one car in customer parking but obviously out of commission. If its walk in service and yall have 1 customer and all those employees why would I need to come back in later that day or another day? More or less sounded like laziness to me. Oil changes take 15 minutes max and even less with all that equipment. No reason why I couldnt have gotten in. I could see if it was busy but there was one c

The team REALLY CARES especially CHRISTIAN. They go above and beyond to make their customers feel wanted and 🙏 great full. I'm disabled and I know I can be hard to please at times,but they never seem to never fail. I'd RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANY DAY FOR ANYTHING!!! You'll ALWAYS have my Business.

Post-Review update at the end of post. Biggest crooks in the Midwest. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Women beware! My wife had her vehicle in the shop last Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. She went to the appointment by herself. After they finished, they came out and told her that her brake pads needed replaced, but did not give a reason as to why. Her brake pads were less than a year old from Telle Tire. Fast forward to today, we take her car back to Telle Tire and they tell us AND show us that the brake pads are still like new and do not need replaced. Meineke also lied about coolant leaks and tried to get her to pay $100 to “check for a leak”.
