We have been taking both of our cars to Meineke Exton for few years now and have been very happy with their service. The team is dependable even with tight timelines, and consistently delivers quality work. I also appreciate that they keep us updated on the service status through text messages. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Bill Palmer at the Exton Meineke location. My Pennsylvania state inspection was expiring on December 31, and even though the shop was already very busy with many vehicles that day, Bill kindly fit me in for a same‑day inspection and made sure everything was completed on time. He was very nice, patient, and explained things clearly throughout the process, which helped reduce my stress about the last‑day deadline. Bill comes across as a very honest person, and it is difficult to find such trustworthy mechanics these days. I will definitely return to this shop for my future needs and recommend Bill and his team to others.

This shop does great work. They get your car in quickly, check for all problems, and have it fixed and returned within a reasonable time (typically 1–2 days). Labor may be a bit pricey, but the quality of work makes it worth it.

Of course after 5pm on a Friday with a major snowstorm on the way I heard something fall off the underside of my car and immediately started getting a “charging system failure” error. This shop was close to home with Saturday hours and they were able to fit me in, diagnose the issue, get the parts (failed drive belt tensioner), and make the repair before end of business day. Complete lifesaver. Excellent service 👍🏻

2nd time coming to this shop. Great service! They fixed my motor for my AC/heat and I got a transmission fluid flush. Car is running great. I also really like the technology feature of receiving a detailed quote via text and being able to review/sign and send right back. Quick and convenient! 10/10
