I am beyond pleased and happy with the services that I received from Meineke 😁😁😁😁!! I’ve been to multiple car shops and my car was diagnosed with different things! When I went to Meineke, I felt that what they diagnosed my car with was true! I’m so glad that I listened to myself and proceeded with them! They fixed the issue that I was experiencing with my vehicle and my check engine light is OFF! I was able to pass my emissions test with no problem! I am soo happy 😁😁🥰🥰!! I HIGHLY recommend Meineke for all of your car needs! I’d definitely be returning back there in the future if I ever need any more maintenance! The whole staff there is also very kind 🥰🥰😊!!

I had a brake issue upon arriving at my Peachtree City, Georgia destination from NH and spoke with TJ Proctor. He was able to explain to me possible issues I might be experiencing and I brought my car to them as a result of that conversation. TJ set me up right away with his tech D. Hatcher, who was extremely knowledgeable of what my car needed. He patiently showed me items with issues needing replacement and cleaning. Spending nearly four hours there for what was needed I got to interact with nearly all the staff there at some point or another. Every one of them were extremely knowledgeable and cordial. It's clear that TJ has an excellent team there!

I had a very disappointing experience at Meineke Car Care Centers in Fairburn, GA and would strongly caution others before going there. After taking my vehicle there for years, I recently brought my vehicle in for what I believed was a routine and simple oil change, but later that day my experience quickly felt like a classic upsell situation and misrepresentation of several items that were presented as “urgent” repairs that supposedly needed immediate attention. Many of which I contradicted, items worked prior and items my mechanic or I replaced weeks prior to taking my vehicle for oil change service. When I asked for clarification, the explanations were vague and inconsistent. I was informed they are under new ownership and they can’t provide me ownership’s information. I was also giv

Meineke was the third place on a list of places that my warranty company gave me, I chose them because when i called the gentleman that answered took his time and made sure to answer every single question I had with no problem. The communication was great. I received emails, calls, and texts. Work was done very fast and I’m happy with the outcome.

I had the best experience ever with this company the team are beyond awesome they go beyond to help you to explain everything and work things out with you they are very professional and all about getting things done to make the customer happy I truly appreciate all the staff even the management.
