They answered all my questions and did not attempt to sell me anything I didn’t need. Very impressed and exceeded my expectations! I am handicapped. They made it as easy and convenient for me as they could . I can’t think of anything that they could’ve done better. Plus, the price of the oil change was better than all local competitors. I appreciate your service. **Addition : Just found out that they were bought out by another… Division? And this new division is gonna change for Mobile 1 oil to something else?? Mobile 1 What is the primary reason I went to Meineke ! In my experience, companies rarely change Vendors For any other reasons than financial.. Which makes me ask… If that’s the reason and you save money will the savings be passed Onto your customers ?? Meineke in Florence is amazing! They were my second stop with my car, they found the actual problem and fixed it. More importantly they spoke to me like a person not a fool, they didnt try to upsell me on anything. If I asked a question they spoke to me not my husband, they took my concerns and questions to be just as important as his and made direct eye contact when speaking to me. Im very happy with this shop and the entire team as well. We will be returning.

All those who helped me were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had made an appointment online, but got there early. They were able to take me right away. It was a pleasant visit & I would return.

Today felt like such an unexpected little gift. I pulled into Meineke needing an oil change and new tires, honestly thinking it might take all afternoon. But in less than 30 minutes — everything was done. New tires, oil change, all handled with such excellence and care. As I sat there waiting, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the right people in the right place at the right time, equipped for exactly what I needed for the type of car I have. Sometimes God shows His kindness through simple moments like this… a reminder that He sees me, even in the ordinary. Great service, attentive hearts, and a reason to smile today. ✨🚘
