I had an outstanding experience with Antuan at Meineke. Antuan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The service was efficient, fairly priced, and exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer service the way Antuan does. I arrived at 10am for my appointment to get my brakes serviced. I decided to wait with my car because when I’ve changed my brakes in the past it took roughly an hour and change. I didn’t think I would be sitting there for 4.5 hours. After the diagnosis and estimate, 40 minutes into my visit, my car just kind of sat in the air with no one actively working on it. About 30 minutes later I finally asked. I’m pretty passive but I was already close to 2 hours in and no sign of any labor being done. I was informed the owner went for a part. The way the waiting area is set up you can see the cars, the attendant, the mechanics, and the managers office. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.
