Everything was so efficient. Robert was friendly and very helpful. Appointment was scheduled online and car dropped off at my convenience. Received detailed report via text (including pictures) of their full inspection and list of the services I had scheduled, with estimate. Just checked the boxes to authorize work and picked up car after a quick shopping trip. The cost was actually lower than the estimate. This was my first experience at Meineki, after my daughter recommended them. It's where I'll be going for service from now on.

Spark plug was ejected from the engine. Stripped the threads and shatter the ignition housing. Dropped off at 8, ready to go by 5pm same day. They changed the additional spark plugs as well. The texted me the updates. Communication was great. They are fast friendly and top notch.

Went in last week and got their free brake check and they confirmed my front brakes were ready for replacement. They provided me a quote which was reasonable! Called this week to confirm a time and went in at the stated time range. Immediate service and they had the parts already on hand. They installed the pads and rotors on the front of my Outback and verified functionality. I paid the quoted estimate price with no surprise charges. All the work was done in about an hour. An absolutely great experience for me again!!

called ahead (8am) to confirm the service I needed, drain fuel tank, fuel injector service and change sparks plug could be done that day, was told they would get to it that day, I dropped off the car at 8:30, and added an oil change to the list (if they could get to it), received a text at 11:30 informing me that they may not get to it until after the weekend. But they had some the oil change. I cancelled the remaining services which would have cost me over $1000, I bought a siphon, a can of injected cleaner and 6 spark plugs for less than $100 and will do it myself, less than 30 minutes to siphon 15+ gallons, will change the spark plugs and do the injector cleaning with the help of a neighbor.

I normally change my own oil but I'd stripped out the plug so I took it to Meineke and they did a great job at a fair price even cleared the warning message on my radio about changing the oil soon. I couldn't have been happier with their service and the man running the desk (Robert) is a great asset to Meineke, I watch him help an elderly couple get in their car and help their dog in, just an all around a great attitude... I couldn't recommend them High Enough at Meineke...all the stars!
