Well, here I am. Been debating this review all day. The only demerits I can think of are NO COFFEE (and I made mention of that) and the waiting area could use a sweep and emptying of the overfilled trashcan. But, the service and the people were top notch. I wish I could remember the girls name that ran the counter but she was as sweet and friendly as you can get. She is a phoneminal pick as the face of the location. Pricing was fair compared to my shopping around for brake service and I don’t feel like they tried to take advantage of me. Up front about what they believed to be critical issues but no pressure to accept any of their recommendations. I love this shop. Anna who runs the front desk is awesome. I watched her workf or a couple of hours while my car was being fixed. Not only does she know cars (her dad taught her mechanics), but she is also very empathetic. She makes you feel cared about. Anna will genuinely save you money where she can. She'll give you the full picture and price. Then give you pared down options to address the most important objective, while telling you what you can delay if you need to save money. At a dealership I expect to pay top dollar and assume I'm being taken advantage of. With Anna at the helm I was able to relax and trust the garage. They did not disappoint! I have used this facility several times for basic maintenance on my vehicle and would highly recommend their services to others. The young dark haired lady at the desk has helped me a few times and she is always such a pleaser to work with. They are always very professional, cordial and handle things in a timely manner

Great service! The only person I spoke with was Annie, but it was obvious everyone worked together to fix my car. The pictures and descriptions were very helpful as well. I definitely will return and refer this location. Thank you!

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This is my second time getting an oil change and I have left with a new mysterious problem each time. This time around after the oil change, my car was making an extremely loud noise when I accelerated. So after two additional trips back I was told that the issue wasn’t their fault and that wherever I was getting oil changes prior (Toyota dealership) was putting the wrong type of oil, so now the car wasn’t recognizing what they put in. MIND YOU I WAS GOING TO THE TOYOTA DEALERSHIP!!! I highly advise against going as they will lie to you, especially if you are a woman.
