Rick and his team at the Green cove location were very reasonable with the work done on my BMW. He was very good at showing me what was actually wrong with my car as well as explaining what it would take to get it back in a safe driving condition. He went over and beyond for me and I would highly recommend you to go see them for any suspension or alignment work you need. I felt he was honest and hardworking throughout the process of getting me back on the road. Thank you guys so much for everything!!!!

Had 2" level kit installed and alignment performed. Asked a week prior if they wanted to provide the parts. Was not given a straight answer. I asked for a price and did not receive an answer. I advised that I would provide the 2"level kit and made an appointment. After the work was performed, I was told the labor rate for customer supplied parts was $195 per hour and the normal rate was $160 per hour. Terrible way to conduct business. Thank you Zack.

I don’t trust this place. I had some small concerns on my car so I wanted to take it in to get checked out. When I first called, they said to come in any day and anytime, they’re pretty available to do a quick 30 minute diagnosis. So I go in a few days later at around noon and the person there said to come back on another day cause they’re booked out for the rest of the day. So I go back at the day and time he told me they’d be available and another guy was there and said they don’t have availability today. I told him I came in a few days ago and was told to come back at this time and day. The guy responded saying oh okay I didn’t know it was you coming in then. Kinda sus. One again, outstanding service and pricing. Very honest in the evaluation of my cars problem. Very fair pricing in comparison to the large dealership down the road that cannot diagnose a problem without a computer code. I will continue to come here for all future problems.
