I drive a 2005 Toyota Highlander that's been a GREAT vehicle but it's getting old now (but paid for!) and things will begin to break (just like they break on us as we age...). My check engine light, Trac Off and VSC lights on my dashboard had come on, and I took it to the Meineke for a look. They confirmed that the catalytic converter needed replacing, which is what I suspected based on some research I'd done in advance. They quoted a reasonable price, were able to quickly get the part, and completed the repair when they said they would (same day, a few hours). I had noticed the vehicle had been having what I'd call a "hard idle" for quite some time - before the dash lights ever came on - so I'm not sure if the cat converter replacement had something to do with this, but that "hard idl

Great experience for exhaust system problem. They keep me informed on all stages of work and the total cost was definitely less than expected. Good job Meineke! I was impressed with the results from the work completed especially on the drive home.

Was able to fit me in on a Saturday for an Oil Change and State Inspection. It did take some time to get my car back but given the fact that I was last minute had no problem with that. Kept me informed on the inspection and there nifty texting made it easy to approve anything additional I needed. (Nothing ridiculous, just needed a new engine filter) The place is clean and the workers are very nice and friendly. Will be my New place to get the Maintenance and Inspection done on my Car. I’ve gone to the Drive thru Valvoline places the last couple times for convenience. Worth it going here, not that much of a price difference. You get Higher quality customer service. They don’t try to up sale you on unnecessary things. Overall a pressure to work with. 5 stars

Professional and Courteous as always. Reminds me of the old days of auto repair when they listened to the customer, explained to the customer and did what was best for the customer. Under promise and over deliver. Thank you.

Dan the Manager is very pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and his employees are too with good customer service and he and his technicians are helpful and keep you informed on the status of your vehicle. They're nice on the phone as well as when you walk in the door. Thank you all.
