Even though I was shocked by the price and had been feeling very frustrated, I realized the team was genuinely willing to help me. A few days after my service, I had some tire issues, I've been quite unlucky lately, but they were cooperative and gave me great advice. As a college student still learning about cars, I really appreciated them taking the time to explain things so I could understand better. The person who called me a few times to check up on my car, was incredibly kind and understanding of my financial situation and helped a lot with my Audi Q5 2015. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness at this location. Thank you guys

This is one of the best auto shops i’ve been to. I went to Meineke after my check engine light came on and being quoted around $4000 to replace an oil control valve, being told that I need to replace my timing chain. Brandon the lead , who has amazing customer service , was able to help me replace my oil control valve and fix an oil leak I didn’t even know I had. I was able to see what was going on under the hood which was very helpful to know what was going on.I didn’t need to replace my timing chain and he’s very honest when it comes to what needs to be repaired. Luis was the technician who worked originally worked on my car but was off when I returned to get the oil valve replaced. Brandon was great. His customer service was very good. He made you feel good even though you had these problems with your car. He explained everything in a way that you could understand all while keeping it real. It was my first time going but it won't be my last. Thanks Brandon for all you did!!!

My experience with Meineke was great! Branden was very thorough throughout my entire experience, which lasted a couple weeks. His communication skills and the way he explains things in laymen terms to his customers are what makes him the best at what he does. He was pleasant and patient during every encounter I had with him. To the owner of this establishment, they dont make people like Branden anymore who actually seems to enjoy their jobs and who shows humility, honesty and respect even on the hard days. He is a hidden gem! I will be returning

This Meineke provides excellent service, in terms of car repair quality and customer service. I have been bringing my car here for the last 4 years, whenever it has an issue/needs an oil change or tire care/inspections, and over that time have had 4 additional family cars worked on for various repairs. They provide honest, affordable, and timely assessments and repairs. They have excellent communication and work hard to finish the job as fast as possible. Big shoutout to Brandon, who helped with our latest cars repair - we appreciate his helpful updates throughout the process and the team getting the job done quickly!
