I had my water pump replaced on my 2015 Ford Mustang at Meineke Car Care Center - Hampton, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly, provided photos of the issue, and were completely upfront about the repairs and costs—no runaround, no surprises. Hugh, my service advisor, was courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Even though car repairs are never fun, they made the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I truly appreciated the honesty, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

They destroyed my car, blamed me, and refused to fix it. Brought in a project vehicle for a simple service, they decided to take it out for a joy ride and drive way too fast in a barely running car, the unsecured hood smashed the windshield and the roof. Irresponsible shop, and management is full of liars from the front desk to the franchise owner (he lied to the DA when I complained), store manager avoided speaking to me despite multiple attempts to contact them. bring your car here at your own risk. meineke corporate is useless too. wish i had a dash cam.

I came here for my state inspection and an oil change because the dealership where I get my regular services done was fully booked for over a month. I’ve had good experiences with Meineke in the past with a previous vehicle so I felt comfortable coming here. My vehicle is almost 10 years old so I expected that they would find issues but nothing that prevented my vehicle from passing inspection. The reception was great from the time I arrived. The attendant was very friendly. They contacted me and sent a report to let me know what they had found. They offered their recommendations but allowed me to decide what I wanted to have done while declining the services I didn’t want. They were not pushy about anything. I have no complaints and I would return again to this location.

The shop did an excellent job with my state inspection. They also gave me a detailed list of future pending car maintenance needs. I love the fact that they were so thorough with examining every part of my vehicle. Oh, the prices are very reasonable; especially, with coupons offers. Outstanding job! ❤️

Great experience with getting car inspection. I made self appointment online the day before, and I hadn't been here before for an inspection. The process was automated so I knew when my car was in, when it was done, and even a report online of any issues with pictures if I decided to proceed. Service advisor was efficient and timely as he mentioned the service would be.
