Best service I’ve ever gotten from a mechanic shop! Like, genuinely surprised that good places/people like this still exist. Went in for an oil change and general inspection; me and my finance knew they were gonna find a lot. We knew our car wasn’t in great shape. They took pictures and videos of everything they found, and it turned out there was less wrong with the car than we thought! There was still a lot of work to be done, but when we asked about the other problems we thought the car may have, they assured us we didn’t need anything else, and didn’t try to sell us anything extra. The total price ended up being less than we expected for the amount of work they needed to do, but we still couldn’t afford such a huge lump payment. They walked us through applying for a car maintenance loan

Took my well maintained 20 yr old car to Meineke on Jonestown Rd for inspection and emissions. Received a call 2hrs later saying it passed emissions but failed inspection. It was going to cost almost 8k retail to fix my front end and rear brakes, but they were giving me a break and could do the repairs for $4200. I refused and picked up the car. The next day, I took my car to Friendship Auto, my mechanic of 10yrs who confirmed only SOME of the repairs were necessary to pass inspection. The cost was $1600 with OEM factory parts. Outraged, I called Meineke back and questioned Todd about how he came up with my repair estimate. The workers at Meineke are always efficient and respectful. I needed my tires changed and my car alignment done, and Todd took great care of everything. He kept his word and had my car ready in a timely manner. Great service and a dependable shop—I recommend them!

Todd and Christian helped me out with my car today. Being a young woman there’s always a fear of being taken advantage of, but they were very honest and helpful about what my car really needed or could wait on, which I very much appreciate. There was no pressure to fix any of the suggestions they gave, and Todd explained everything in a very clear and understandable way. Everyone can feel comfortable going here and you can be confident they’ll take care of you!

I thought i would he denied, but they helped me in a big way. The staff was on top of documenting everything. And very clear with details.
