I am grateful for the outstanding service provided by Greg, the manager, who not only ensured my vehicle received top-notch care but also took the time to explain the necessary repairs, including the issues with my lights. As someone with limited knowledge of cars, I appreciated his clear explanations. The service was efficient and completed within the estimated timeframe. I will be recommending this location to my friends and family.

Greg explained the process of diagnosis at the beginning. His mechanic, Matt, was kind enough to give me a ride home so I didn't have to wait hours for the repair. The first attempt at the solution didn't fix the problem, but I was notified promptly and guaranteed that they wouldn't charge me any extra labor. As it turned out the extra charges would have been over $500, but Greg didn't charge me!!! I strongly recommend Meineke in Hillsboro as an honest, reasonable option for your car care needs.

I had a great experience at the Hillsboro Meineke location. My vehicle was thoroughly inspected during a routine oil change. Greg took extra time to ensure that I could make an educated decision on other services that my vehicle needed. I left here feeling safer in my vehicle than when I got there. His customer care is beyond what I expect when getting service done on my vehicle. Thank you, Greg!

Greg really took care of me. I only went for light bulb replacement and ended up doing some much needed repairs. I didn't feel pressured at all and they knew what they were talking about i will definitely return! Kudos to Greg and the awesome team keep up the great work
