The service was great! My first time there , Ms. Dina was very friendly, compassionate and helpful with me. John , the manager was extremely supportive and caring! I can’t leave out the amazing mechanic Mr. Joe! He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I will refer Mienike to all family and friends.

These are some great old-school neighborly fellas. Rather than charging me for a job (due to my not having the tool) they showed me how to do the job and even offered up their tools and the use of their parking lot to do it. Bottom line: they are honest and top notch professionals, and just some good’ol boys in addition.

I had an emergency exhaust repair and was being given exorbitantly high prices in Nashville and the surrounding areas. The wait times were lengthy as well. I called Jon and immediately was put at ease. He and his staff are not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but they fixed my problem for an amazing price in just a couple of hours! I drive at least 100 miles per day and I could not have had a more perfect experience. I will send everyone I know yo Meineke in Hopkinsville. It’s worth the drive to be respected and treated fairly!

The wife took her car into the facility to replace the driver seat heat module that was $90 at the local Ford dealership. Seeing that she was a woman they decided to assume that she was ignorant and didn’t know anything about vehicles. They kept her car for 8 days to supposedly run a diagnostic analysis to see what the vehicle had wrong with it completely ignoring what they were told. She had just purchased the vehicle 3 days prior and was told to take it to them for the repair covered under warranty. She called them several times and each time they said that they were just getting the vehicle into the shop to repair it. Great job, great service. I trust them with my car. Multiple repairs done all at once. It took longer than expected, however the work was extensive. The charges were fair. Highly recommend!
