I had a great experience at Meineke for my recent service. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and emissions testing, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. I made an appointment ahead of time and they took my car in right on schedule. Trevor provided outstanding service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood what was being done without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Please, please, Do Not look at old reviews. The staff is ALL completely different now!! I am completely thrilled with the service from the gentleman at the counter in 2026. He was very personable and attentive to each customer. Even though it was late in the day, he treated me with respect and compassion and still fit me in. He honored a coupon and kept smiling the whole time. He was detailed but didn't try to upsell me on inflated price services or repairs. The mechanics were thorough and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff, very informative on the service I received. (Back brakes) was there a lil over an hr. Gretmat service. If I need any other car care will be back for sure. This store is awesome, caring, professional and well worth bringing your vehicle to. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment but they immediately noticed that I needed a major repair done. The day before I had to replace 3 of my tires because one blew out on me and my son on the road, so I was stressed and I just broke down. But the owner and the young guy (I can't remember their names, I apologize 😞) gave me a little time and then let me know what needed to be done. I was so grateful for them. They just don't know how much I appreciated ALL and EVERYTHING that they did for me that day. I found this service based on my Groupon search for oil change. I believe this was a reasonable price for full synthetic oil change, filter, tire rotation, and fluid top off. The staff was nice and finished the service in less than 25 minutes. They price matched the Groupon listing and added an extra charge for a cartridge type oil filter (they said only the Spin on type oil filter is included in the Groupon price). My total was $74
