Took my car for a tire replacement on Saturday. They said they wouldn’t be able to get to it, and it was scheduled to be completed on Monday. I was fine with that. Come Monday, I got a call saying that my car was ready. There was nothing else explained during the call to tell me if they fixed my tire or if they recommended me to buy a new tire, so I assumed they just patched up the tire. I should’ve checked my car before leaving but I trusted that they did their job. I went to work and once there, I realize that my spare was still on my car. I called them to ask about it and they had me on hold for 15 minutes. I can attach a screenshot of it. I eventually hung up and called again, they picked up on the first ring. I brought my vehicle in due to an intermittent overheating issue and agreed to a coolant flush. I was originally quoted $180 for the coolant service, with a $90 diagnostic fee, which I agreed to under the understanding the diagnostic would be applied toward the repair. After they said they couldn’t replicate the overheating, I was quoted $299 total for the coolant flush and diagnostic. I negotiated the final price down to $238, which I paid. When I picked up the vehicle, before leaving the lot, I checked under the hood and found the coolant reservoir completely empty and the reservoir cap missing. I immediately went back inside and reported it. I was told it “would have been okay since only the reservoir was empty,” which was concerning given this was a paid coolant service. A free oil

Got an estimate to put heavy duty rear springs in van. Price was insanely high. The estimate stacked other stuff on the list that I didn't ask for and didn't need. They are just trying to churn up sales. I will never go there again. They replaced a $20 part for me in the coolant system and charged me $388! That's nuts. Did I mention I will never go there again? I'd give zero stars if that was an option, but at least the guy at the counter was nice and professional.

Allowed to do a walk in oil change literally at 20 minutes until closing. Was happy to have me and gave me prompt and efficient service. Would highly recommend this location and I will be returning in the future!

Went there to get a replacement of my fiancés alternator, had an appointment at 11:55AM, waited 2 1/2 hours until they can look at my fiancés car. After they looked at her car they indeed said it was the alternator, so they pulled the car out back into the lot and started working on others cars. We sat up there for almost 7 hours. We got told the car would only take 2 hours. It indeed took 7 hours. They closed yesterday 01/31/2026 @ 4PM that day but was still working on my car until 6:30PM. We drove away from the closed shop after it was finished and started hearing squealing from my alternator which was worrisome.
