Meineke Car Care Center

Don’t really know where start at, I have always been a loyal customer to that Meineke. Even have the “Meineke Credit Card”. I loved the store manager Tyler’s care he took with my vehicle and sitting in there watching him provide awesome service to other customers. Even got to speak with the District Manager, Mike when he was there, even had his contact info for any issue if I ever had one. I mean these guys really showed me and everyone I referred there, that there is honest, reliable service for vehicles and they are not bias to anyone’s financial status. They treated everyone like they were the VIP customer. When I found out both the store manager and their district manager left and WHY they left. They both assured me that the same technicians are there so at least the work should be of

This was my second visit. My first visit they didn't rotate my tires with my full synthetic oil change as advertised. The Meineke App never synced with my visits so I showed no reward points. My recent and last visit on February 25th was for a check engine light. I just wanted the code pulled not a full inspection. I should have went next door to Advance Auto Parts for a quick code pull. To my surprise over an hour later and $197 of which included an additional $17 for shop supplies ( they tack that vague shop supply fee on all my visits) In the end they are unable to properly fix my issue and recommend I seek a dealership. I'm fixing the issue myself using a $10 part from MOPAR and some light soldering. I won't be returning. And, I won't be recommending Meineke to family or friends.

I recently had my tires replaced at Meineke, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Matt was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He price-matched a quote I received from another shop and even applied an additional discount when the work took longer than expected. He was professional, kind, and made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend this location- thank you, Matt, for the excellent service!

This is my 3rd visit now. I went the first time cause they had a coupon but I keep coming back because the prices are affordable even WITHOUT the coupons. Everyone I’ve talked to at the service desk has been really friendly, this time it was Kelly. Super nice guy. I never feel pressured into extra services, and getting a text with an itemized list with estimates is super convenient whenever I DO need something extra. Will be continuing to come here.

Bad Business!!!!!Replaced 4 break hoses,4 brake rotors and brake fluid ($1,700 )which did not fix brakes on my truck.so i brought it back to them they then replaced front wheel speed sensors which i suggested at first which a google search suggested.That fixed the original problem of brakes locking up on me But now ive got squishy brakes which feel like they dont want to engage.They said after 4-5 hours of bleeding my brakes and taking my truck out for 10 minute drives at least 3 times.Then i was told that there was nothing further they can do.So suffice to say i had to drive away with unsafe brakes on my truck.On top of that Mr.Kelly Hawks proceeded to get disrespectful with me like it was my fault They created another problem with my brakes that they couldn't figure out.1,700 dollars was
