Zack was awesome! I was just in Lubbock for the day at a family event and he got everything I needed done and got my truck back to me before they closed. He was preparing to stay late to get it finished if need be! I appreciate the accommodation and how kind and communicative he was during the entire process. They also did a great job! Thank you!

I had a hard time getting an issue fixed with my vehicle for weeks. I ended up at Meineke and the team did a full diagnostic of my vehicle and addressed the main concern of it. They went above and beyond to contact my warranty company and was able to get it in and out the same day. Thank you so much for the services, definitely a great start to the new year!
