I had my truck towed in off 495 midday on Saturday 1/11/25 on my way from Ohio to New Brunswick Canada. By 4 I had an estimate in my hand. Joe was VERY helpful and very personable. I was told my truck would be ready Monday. After finding multiple more issues and repairing all of them I’m happy to say the truck was done on Monday. About 9 hours later I arrived to my Canadian destination with no further issues. I really need to applaud Joe, Jonas and the mech’s in the garage ! They were all the nicest most genuine fellas I could’ve hoped for. Being from out of town, not knowing anything about the reputation of this business and leaving a couple thousands dollars worth of work for them I couldn’t be happier with the care and service from Meineke in Marlboro Massachusetts. DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I went in for a fog like and a blinker light out just needed to change the bulbs. The guy told me it will be 217 $!! Then proceeded to tell me that I will need to replace my other light because it had the wrong color light bulb & that’s my back brakes needed to be done or I won’t pass state inspection then he started saying he was an state inspector before and that he knows for a fact that my car won’t pass he then started printing out ““state law”” regulations. He also told me my oil pan needed to be replaced soon! when I told him I just went the day before to another Meineke (in Milford) and the guy at that place told me my back and front brakes are good nothing was wrong with my car everything looks great. He got annoyed and said well I don’t know why he would tell

I stopped by this Meineke after having my front tires replaced at another shop. That shop wasn’t able to do the alignment because my control arms needed to be replaced. I explained the situation to the store manager, Sasha, and also let him know that I had a vehicle warranty, but every time I’ve tried to use it in the past, my claims were always denied. Sasha asked me to bring in my policy information, scheduled a drop-off date, and told me he would handle communicating with the warranty company since they work with them regularly. And that’s exactly what he did. I didn’t have to reach out to the warranty company at all. Came to Meineke on my lunch break and both gentlemen were awesome! They diagnosed and fixed my battery issue quickly and efficiently. They also corrected a problem a previous mechanic had caused with my terminals, at no cost. I was in and out in no time. Thank you so much for the great service!

Going above and beyond is an understatement for what these guys did for me. I was in a really rough spot, had a bad flat tire and busted rim traveling from Connecticut back home to Maine, was up all night dealing with the issue in a middle of a blizzard waiting for somewhere to open up. These guys not only referred me to a good tow, but saw me right when I brought my car in despite everywhere else in the area saying I’d have to wait till Tuesday. When they were working on my car they were doing everything in their power to get me back on the road, calling other places for parts to fit my vehicle and even personally driving themselves their to get it and get me back safely on my way. Car drove like a dream when they were done with it. These guys are life saviors and true professionals.
