Was grateful how professional they were. I went for an oil change and to get my tires rotated.. They weren’t concerned about getting my money to rotate the tires as they were about my safety, letting me know that my tires were bald. I really appreciated them looking out for me. I’ll definitely be back.

I used this place a handful of times, and I’m not sure if they ever did proper work on my cars. The last issue was a brake job that they charged me for and never did the work. I brought the car to another Meineke who confirmed that the work was never done. It’s been months and they are not issuing a refund. This place is fine when it’s fine, but they are not making this major issue right. I’m out a lot of money. Highly do not recommend.

Showed up on a quiet morning for a brake fluid replacement. They were out of fluid so they ordered some from AutoZone down the street. Already not ideal, but instead of going to get it themselves they waited ~45 min for it to be delivered without notifying me of what was going on. Then when I left, I noticed they had spilled the brake fluid all over my headlight and left the bottle cap in the engine. I tried to scrub it off when I got home but it was too late and now my headlight is stained. To his credit, the guy working at the counter was friendly but I'm definitely not coming back.

They were slammed busy and still fit my oil change in and I greatly appreciate the staff over here, I recommend.

DO NOT go to the Meineke in Meriden unless you want to get fleeced. It’s probably why there was no business there. Ray, wanted to charge me $2000. for an exhaust. IKR! Then he tried to charge me for them look at my car. The Meineke website specifically states no charge for this. Go somewhere else.
