Meineke Car Care Center

Spent over 600 dollars and did not solve my problem. I told the service advisor Dave that one of my catalytic converters needed to be changed but he told me that that wasn’t he problem and I needed to change my battery and a rubber boot under the car Didn’t solve the problem AND then was told it was my catalytic converter ( like really??????) Yeah its going to be another 3500 dollars to fix. Uuuuuh no thank you. So now I’m out over 600 bucks AND my car is still not fixed. I advise anyone to stay away from here.

Honest workshop who did not ask me to replace every non broken item. In and out was breezy and got periodic updates from the service advisor on the status of the car. I had the oil changed, the tires rotated and the muffler replaced. Only negative I can think of is the tires needed some air and the car still has TPMS warning light and it would have been awesome if they filled air prior to releasing the car, prompting for a 5 star review instead of the solid 4.5 stars I am giving them.

They fixed my issue rapidly and most professionally! The "other place" I had originally and faithfully gone to put an absurd time frame on the repair when I walked out and went to Meineke. They had been helpful in the past and, after this current visit, are now my go to shop!

Surprisingly, i had a great experience at this Meineke. I have been coming to this location for many years, and yesterday was the first time i felt i received exceptional service. Jay was very patient with answering all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable with the service that i received. My last vehicle was older, and definitely needed work done, but most times these places feel predatory. Although my current vehicle is in pretty great shape and under warranty, I feel less apprehensive about using this location for my future needs. Thank you so much for great service!

Was out of town over 300 miles from home and the shop manager went above and beyond to help and accommodate us during this stressful time. Vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. Jay was extremely courteous and the technicians were knowledgeable and more than willing to help us out of towners get back on the road quickly. Would definitely recommend!!!
