Took my “new” 1968 Corvette in for a check up because I knew of a few items that needed looking at when I purchase the vehicle a couple weeks ago. I knew there were issues with the brakes, and it had a leak or two that needed identifying and repaired if possible. I also had a list of general maintenance, oil and air filters change, and check radiator fluids for winter and condition. Anthony ran several test to find the leaks, tore down the brake system and because one of the leaks was from the steering system dug into it a bit more. He made sure I was aware of the cost and what had to be fixed and what would wait if necessary. I knew the cost were going to be a chunk but I knew that before getting there. I took my vehicle because it was recomended from Carmax. It was a good experience since the first moment that I contact them by phone. Jillian Reyes answer my call and she was so kind and explain everything very good. At the end, when I was picking up my vehicle she did some more explanation. WAS A GREAT SERVICE AND PLEASE CONGRATULATE JILLIAN FOR HER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was not going to leave a review, but I got a email from Meineke asking for this so here is my honest review and expierence: My extended service warranty told me to take my vehicle here as it was a "in network" repair shop in my area. I contacted them on a Tuesday and they told me to bring it in and they would do the diagnostic on Wednesday to send back to the extended warranty. I came in knowing the check engine code was for a transmission issue. When I got there I informed the clerk of the issue and they told me they were not going to put it in the notes as it would "confuse the tech." I contacted Meineke on Friday as I never heard back on Wednesday (Thursday was Thanksgiving) and I found out my car was never put into the log for Wednesday. I absolutely adore the servicewriter Julian. She was friendly, knowledgeable and treated like a person not just a number waiting in line. She was able to my car in right away and finished in reasonable time. I had spark plugs put in which on my other vehicles I did myself, however I now have a 09 nissan quest that is a absolute nightmare to do any type of mechanical work on. The motor is sideways so to get to 3 of the 6 plugs nearly whole top end of motor had to be disconnected. It was a beast of a job so I appreciate the mechanic and all seems well thus far.
