Hey everyone. My name is Dusty Olsen and I'm from Helena, montana. My girlfriend Ashley traveled to the Nampa area recently to look at a Ford Powerstroke. It was from Market Place there locally. Long story short the people advertising the truck were not the most Honest about the condition of the truck. Ashley found a post on Market Place from Chopper Boys for a 2004 Ford f350 powerstroke 6.0 (beautiful truck mind you) Ahley has never financed a vehicle at all and where we live were a little reserved when it comes to used car dealerships. Ashley responded to the post,expecting not to hear back because it was about 8:00 pm on a Saturday. I recently visited meineke auto shop on Caldwell boulevard for a brake job . The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what needed to be done. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work. Most importantly, I'm extremely satisfied with the brake job - everything is working perfectly. This isn't my first visit here, and I've never had a single complaint. Based on my consistently positive experiences, I'll definitely continue using this shop for all my auto needs. I called for a quote on some tune up stuff needed for my jeep and they were very prompt in getting a quote over to me right away. I was able to drop off my car on Saturday with no appointment needed. I came to pick up my car same day and it was a few hundred dollars cheaper than my quote. I definitely believe that they are very honest mechanics and dont try to get every dollar out of you like other mechanic shops I've been to. Their service was friendly too. If I wasn't moving out of state it a couple weeks I would come here for everything car related.

My son recently purchased a car, and we visited Meineke to get quotes for three services. Don, the counter attendant, suggested that we might not need any work and offered to inspect the car. He promptly scheduled an appointment for us within an hour. Upon inspection, he discovered that the car didn’t require any repairs, but he did notice that one of the motor mounts was missing a bolt and the other two were very loose. He provided me with a replacement bolt and tightened the loose mounts. Remarkably, Don didn’t charge me for the service. Not only was Don exceptional, but the entire team at Meineke was incredibly helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this place!
