Took two vehicles there for an alignment after being referred to them. I can say, they are busy, will allow you to schedule a time for repair and explain everything in detail. They are forth right with you, and from my experience, it appears they do excellent work and do not try to price gouge. I had great customer service and honest feed back. Oh, and a military discount!

No communication whatsoever. Was told a 2 hr APPOINTMENT Took 8 hours for a diagnostic test. Said all this stuff was broken and it wasn’t. My AC is working perfect now since I went elsewhere. An employee GOT INTO MY VEHICLE WITH MY 14 y/o niece AND 12 y/o daughter to move my car out the way while I was inside. What man without a uniform to identify hisself tells a child to unlock the car and hops in and moves it!!! This is very unprofessional and the lady at the counter with tatted 80’s eyeliner rude and told me I shouldn’t of left a 14 yr old in the car by theirselves. Wow! No one apologized or showed any concern whatsoever. Poorest customer service in town!!!

Great experience! Peyton is extremely knowledgeable with custom alignment specs and procedures, my car is riding and handling better than it has in a while! Update* Returned for more repairs. I have not been this impressed with shop customer service and communication in a long time. They speak to me as if they know me. Full of knowledge. Above and beyond research to help solve my problems. 5 stars!

I give Meineke car center five stars because their service was excellent. John and Peyton are very knowledgeable. They took to the time to explain everything pertaining to my vehicle. I love the thorough inspection and pictures. Their customer service is beyond what you would expect. It exceeded my expectations. They operate under the integrity of Excellency. I would highly recommend them.
